To maintain our high standards of freshness and quality, we are joined by three talented employees who help us process our chickens almost every Saturday. This ensures that our customers always have access to the freshest poultry available. You can find us every Thursday at the Sierra Vista Farmers Market, and our chicken is also available daily at Manny's Farmers Market, the Sierra Vista Co-op, and even Wild West Mini Market in Tucson, AZ.
